Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ITQAN SOLUTIONS handles personal data in line with the Sultanate of Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022, as amended) and its Executive Regulations.

What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you enter: your name and email address and, if you choose, your phone number and company, plus the topic and your message. Our technical providers process data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you view, your device type and approximate location.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. Technical data is used to operate and secure the website. Analytics data — only with your consent — helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Legal basis
We process enquiry and analytics data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Technical data is processed because it is necessary to provide the website securely.
Who processes your data
Cloudflare (website delivery, security and bot protection), Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting in Nuremberg, Germany), Resend (email delivery), Microsoft (our email service) and — only if you accept analytics — Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Transfers outside Oman
These providers process data outside the Sultanate of Oman, including in Germany, the European Union and the United States. By submitting the form or accepting analytics you consent to these transfers, which are protected by the providers' contractual and technical safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 12 months, unless they lead to a business relationship. Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself sets no cookies. Only if you accept analytics does Google Analytics set the cookies _ga and _ga_[ID], which expire after 60 days. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You may withdraw your consent, request access to or a copy of your data, ask us to correct, transfer or erase it, and object to its processing. We respond within 45 days.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and bot protection. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the competent authority and the people affected as required by law.
